Customer Overview

Our Customer is an ultramodern, all-digital academic medical center which will set new standards in patient care for women and children in Qatar, the Gulf region and internationally. It encompasses three essential missions: World-Class Patient Care, Medical Education and Biomedical Research. The Qatar Foundation for Education, Science, and Community Development, which is driving the advancement of education and research, has given them one of the largest endowments ever provided to a medical and research center anywhere in the world

Business Challenges

Our Customer needs to build a Unified Communications (UC) Infrastructure to enable the healthcare applications. The UC infrastructure is required to be built on Cisco and VMware integrated infrastructure and the system should be integrated with the already existing data center systems.

Solution & How we helped

In this project we worked with our customer to develop a basis of design. Afterwards, our consultants developed a comprehensive Low Level Design (LLD) document that covers the detailed design and implementation aspects that are required to achieve smooth deployment. Furthermore, our consultants developed an Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) document that includes all the tests to be conducted after the implementation to declare that the solution has been implemented as per the design. Then, we worked within the implementation phase that has included rack & stack, configuration, testing and fine tuning.
