Customer Setup Overview
Our customer is a major financial corporate with operations covering Africa entirely. The setup consists of a huge headquarters containing the mission critical services connected to many remote offices via a global service provider. The network infrastructure is built mainly using Cisco Data Center, Routing & Switching and Security products and technologies
Business Challenge
- Ensure high level of performance and improve the responsiveness of the voice and video applications running on the network infrastructure.
- Ensure that the configurations of the network devices are compliant with the vendor best practices.
- Develop and deploy a standard for the design and configuration of the different network segments.
