SWAC facilitates remote meetings, distance-learning, remote medical consultation services
Meeting host receives notifications on his/her mobile phone before meeting time.
When the meeting host reaches the location and is identified through his access control card, the following will happen:
- Phone power is up (Energy wise is activated)
- SWAC checks the database to get the remote attendee phone number
- A video call is initiated with the remote partner
At the end of the meeting duration, the host will receive a notification with duration expiry and the option of ending the call or extending for an extra 15 minutes
