“CONNECT Phone Lock” is an application that allows the user to lock his IP Phone so that no one can make calls until unlocking the phone and entering the user’s PIN.

Locked phone offers limited calls only (e.g. emergency calls).
Locked phone can receive incoming calls.

Privacy
- Phone subscribed services are removed after locking the phone with the option to choose which services to remove.
- Additionally the call history (missed calls, placed calls) can be removed to enhance the privacy of the users.
Security
- Un locking is done by entering the phone associated user PIN
- Ability to change PIN from the phone itself or from the user web page.
- Pin expires after predefined duration forcing Phone Lock users to change it.
Easy Usage
- The usage of the service is completely phone based and easy for the end users.
- A user friendly web page allowing the users, after logging in using their call manager credentials, to change their PIN, lock, unlock and enable/disable the clear history feature at their IP phones.
- Using an optional module license add-on User is able to lock and/or unlock his IP phone by sending an email to pre-configured email address at the Phone Lock application with his purpose, and automatically his IP Phone will be locked or unlocked.
