“CONNECT Personal Directory” is an application that easily allows each user to save his personal contacts details through a flexible easy to use web based interface and through his IP Phone as well. The user can search and access his personal contacts details including his photo from his IP Phone easily.
Features:
- User will be able to login into his Personal Directory profile using his CUCM end user credentials. (User id and PIN for the IP Phone Service login and User id and Password for the web interface login).
- Personal directory contacts can be added and accessed either from the user’s IP Phone service or from his web interface.
- A contact photo can be uploaded easily from the user’s web interface.
- Contacts can be bulk imported from Excel sheet.
- Phone users can access detailed contact information including his name, title, company, department, email address, mobile phones, business phones, home phones, photo, etc.
- Multiple photo formats and photo resolution adjustment as per the IP Phone’s screen size automatically.
