Description
“CONNECT Call Waiting” is an application which sends a notification on the user’s IP Phone when he’s calling an extension; and such extension has a running call.
Features:
- A notification will be sent on the caller’s IP Phone when the called extension has a running call.
- “CONNECT Call Waiting” feature can be activated or deactivated from the User’s IP Phone.
- The application administrator can easily activate or deactivate the “CONNECT Call Waiting Notification” feature for selected IP Phones from the administration interface.
- Scheduled and manual synchronization with Cisco Unified Communication Manager.
- Manual/Automatic backup for application database.
- User friendly web based administration interface with different privileges.
