Our Customer is one of the major public transportation organizations in Egypt, as it serves a large section of the Egyptian population, and acts as a mainstream connection between multiple Egyptian cities.
How we helped
Our customer had major challenges in covering three of its major stations with CCTV. There were a lot of major challenges and stakeholders in such project, especially that it affects public and security risks. So, it was tackled in a way that all stakeholders were engaged according to a communication plan and a clear stakeholder engagement methodology. Communication and setting expectations was key for this project’s success
A key factor for success was building a new monitor room, training qualified agents to have full benefit of the project and reaching maximum-security usage for the surveillance cameras.
We did conduct a full project management as such success depended mainly on project leadership and how to make sure the integration of multiple parties doesn’t go off road.
