CONNECT Hyper Directory is now photo enabled multitenant directory.

 

CONNECT Hyper Directory application has been upgraded to be a multi-tenant photo-enabled application assists enterprises to effectively organize and easily access their Cisco Unified Communication contacts information stored at the Microsoft Active directories, Cisco Call Manager 4.x DC Directory, Cisco Unified Communications Manager version 6.x and later, Database and/or CONNECT Hyper Directory application database. CONNECT Hyper Directory fully utilizes its capabilities to efficiently and effectively organize information of the contacts including their departments and their physical location. CONNECT Hyper Directory application supports rich search parameters. Customers can use the application to search for a contact by using names, phone numbers, titles, departments, etc.

CONNECT FXO Reset application is now available to resolve the common FXO hang issues in unified communication environments.

 

The most common symptoms of FXO hand issue are phones that continue to ring when the caller has cleared or FXO ports that remain busy after the previous call should have been cleared. CONNECT FXO Reset automatically detects and resolves FXO hand issues resulting in more smooth operation of the Cisco Unified Communication solutions.
